0000721: Reports missing definition in template file

Description

First execution is ok but following system shutdown when executed again Netsurf reports missing definition in template file and requests a reinstall. Experimentation has shown that some action such as timestamping the template file allows execution of Netsurf.

This has been observed on builds dated 25 and 28 May but not with earlier download dated 08 May.

Renamed the "config_th_pa" template to "config_th_p". 12
character template names fail to be found by
Wimp_LoadTemplate in some cases for an unknown reason.

The problem seems to be solved with the latest version (2004-06-05)

It isn't that important, but I'd like to know: what went wrong with the previous
versions? Just curious ;-)

I have no idea why, but if any menu (e.g. of the Pinboard) is called before starting NetSurf, then the error doesn't occur.
