0000636: SmallCaps fonts cause undesired behaviour in Ovation Pro

Description

When the Netsurf fonts are installed, selecting a font
such as Trinity or Homerton and then trying to make
some text italic fails.

The problem disappears when the SmallCaps fonts are
removed from !Fonts, and when the Messages file is
edited to remove the SmallCaps font names.

I noticed the problem on RISC OS 5.05; I've not tried
other versions.

David Pilling has said about Ovation Pro: "This is not a
'new bug' this is a shortcoming in the way OP selects a
variation on a font. It is something that has dragged on
for nearly 15 years - it's been changed to work one way,
then another, etc. no one is ever happy.

You can select the exact font family member you want in
OP, just makes things a little more difficult."

There is nothing special about the NetSurf fonts. As far as I
can tell, this must be a bug in Ovation Pro. Please try
reporting this to the Ovation developers, and post any
response here.
