0000606: NetSurf has no icon (filer or iconbar)

Description

There's a check in !Boot that looks for SpriteExtend 1.50, and if found does *ICONSPRITES on the alpha channel sprites.
However, the RISC OS Open version of SpriteExtend has now passed version 1.50, so when softloaded on something other than RISC OS 5 the alphachannel sprites are used and rejected - hence no icon.

I think the various RMEnsures need tightening up a bit, to look for whatever version of Select that change switched in, rather than doing "if not RISC OS 5 and SpriteExtend 1.50 then alphasprites".

Here, using RISC OS 4.02 and SpriteExtend 1.51.

Sadly, the only way to do this is to write a chunk of BASIC which loads and verifies ASprites. If this fails, we assume alpha sprites aren't available and then do the OS version check.
