I have used RPCemu to run NetSurf and viewed the source of the problem page specified without issue.

I have used !Edit, !Zap and !Stronged as the editor all without issue.

Is this still occurring? and if so are there any specific steps to reproduce?

We have tried to reproduce this in both RISC OS and GTK3 on Linux to no avail. No feedback from OP since October 2019, closing.
