Summary0002552: Crashing and inability to use browser
DescriptionNetSurf starts and pops up a warning window with text 'CSSBase'. Startup page is not displayed.
Attempting to go to another page(google.com), presents another CSSBase warning, followed by a failed assertion.
Going past that is a runtime error.

I have used both 3.6 release and latest nightly.

Attached are pictures of errors and log, in order.

I got to bottom of issue together with friend.
The temporary solution consists of running NetSurf only from "C:\Program Files\netsurf\netsurf\"
Moving it elsewhere would trigger all these symptoms.
I therefore conclude that there is hardcoded path inside program. Not nice.

I believe this bug is solved by now(I am running browser from non-standard path and it works).
