Summary0002302: Failed to open/read local data
DescriptionWhen submitting a support question to PlusNet I get the error:

"Failed to open/read local data from file/application."

I then tried NetSurf 2.9 and succeeded in submitting the question.
Steps To ReproduceYou meed to be logged into PlusNet's Member Centre. Enter a question and click "Send your question to the support team" (i.e. submit).
Additional InformationThis is a duplicate of 2424.
