| Description | Invalid URLs are silently ignored when entered in URL bar. To repeat, type "huge://flange/" into the URL bar of either the RISC OS or GTK versions, and press enter. Nothing happens. Ideally, we should either create an error page with "unknown method" or "invalid URL" or similar, or open an error message box. I prefer the former. | ||||||||||||

chrome, firefox etc. seem to chuck it at the configured search provider...perhaps we ought to do that? |

well currently the browser vomits up a "no handler" error box if it does not liek the scheme which is fugly. Can we discuss the correct behaviour at the developer weekend? |
