| Summary | 0000632: NetSurf crashes on page | ||||||||
| Description | The NetSurf build from 12 Dec crashes on my page at http://www.sbellon.de/gnupg.html. Previous versions of NetSurf I have checked worked fine. | ||||||||
| Additional Information | bursa added a note on Sun Dec 28 00:57:06 2003 Logged In: YES user_id=453739 Recompiled OpenSSL with the latest gcc to fix this crash (apparently caused by an optimization bug). bursa added a note on Sun Dec 14 17:36:55 2003 Logged In: YES user_id=453739 I've tracked this down to the image https:// www.paypal.com/images/x-click-but04.gif on the page. In fact, any connection to https://www.paypal.com/ crashes NetSurf. I can also reproduce this with my curl port. The crash is in ssl code. Investigating. Meanwhile, a workaround is to use the non-ssl version of the URL for the image. Thanks for the report!
