Summary | 0002685: Buggy image dragging on windows
Description | Dragging an image that is smaller than window can make it hop to any of the 4 corners of the window. If it's a GIF, it will display wrongly, in lower left and right corners(screen update region remains in upper left). Expected behaviour would be for it to become centered, or at least stay put in upper left corner.
Steps To Reproduce | Load up an image that is smaller than window. Bonus points if it's a GIF. And try dragging it around in short burst(release shortly after press), with random drag angle.
