Description | I have the linguee.com website bookmarked to assist in translations. At some point in the last couple of weeks, the front page has apparently changed so that the actual text input box for the search is no longer visible; it now just displays a large ad inviting the user to download the mobile 'Linguee app'. The issue is evidently CSS-based, since doing a full save on the page and deleting the first CSS file produces an ugly layout but reveals the missing search input - unfortunately it's not possible to submit data via such a remotely-saved page. If you wave the mouse around over the blank area and wait for the pointer to change to a text cursor, it's possible to type invisible text into an invisible icon and press Return to trigger a search as normal... |
