Summary0002334: NetSurf crashes on restart
DescriptionOn a freshly booted machine NetSurf starts up OK but a quit and restart crashes.
Steps To Reproduce(NetSurf opens a local home page here on startup.) Reboot the machine, start
NetSurf, quit NetSurf then restart NetSurf, crash. This starts with 0002859
and also happens with 0002862, however 0002858 seems OK. If NetSurf is restarted
without opening a home page then the crash happens on clicking on its
iconbar icon.

The JavaScript setting does not seem relevant.
