Summary0000727: Netsurf won't load
DescriptionI have tonight downloaded the latest build of !Netsurf
dated 15 August.
When I try to run it, an error message comes up:
"Netsurf requires Tinct 0.07 or later. This can be
downloaded . . . " etc.
  
I have Tinct installed in at least two places:
  
     !Boot.Resources.!System.310.Modules, and
     !Boot.Resources.!System.Modules.
     
Where should it be, so that Netsurf can find it?
  
My system is RiscPC with 233SA and 128MB RAM running
RISC OS 4.29
