Summary0000718: Sites using frames fail to render
DescriptionCensus site www.census.pro.gov.uk appeared to connect and load, but never displayed anu content. Even Fresco can manage that.
 
Otherwise speed is quite impressive, better than Fresco.
 
Worked fine with www.demon.net

Still work to do, but frames sites are now usable.

Frames are not implemented yet. I'm looking at this now.
Could be a while before this is done.
