Animated one-time GIF does not complete but cycles
continuously.

First spotted on: http://www.topguardfencing.com/
The logo at top of page should stop when complete.

The default number of animation loops is now set to 1 rather
than infinite, and the GIF file must request otherwise.

Looks like a NETSCAPE extension not being correctly honoured.
