Descriptionhome page does not appear when netsurf initailises.
Message reads '1 style sheet being loaded' and it is
snagged on that. (RiscPC 710)

Triggered by intro/en being called intro_en. Added a note to
the download page recommending a recent SparkPlug to
prevent this.
