Summary0000535: CCS loading crash on hp-lexicon site
DescriptionNetSurf 1254 seems to crash on loading the CSS for various different pages from the http://www.hp-lexicon site. alhtough it's not always the same CCS file listed in the crash log. Logs for three different pages attached.

For reference the correct url was http://www.hp-lexicon.org/ which works as of git commit 1f14790d47ffb81095d778cbef80cc638518a685

CSS content handler was missing redirect handling
