Summary0002773: Text cursor does not follow the page scrolling
DescriptionInstead it stucks in one place over a page, and doesn't even move when some text is typed.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open some page with text fields (like the "Report issue" page here :)).
2. Focus a text field.
3. Scroll the page with a wheel.
