Summary0002659: German eBay-Site doesn't show complete scollbar
DescriptionCalling the german eBay-Site, the Scollbars don't appear in their real length (always as long as the openend window is). Scrolling isn't possible.
Most times eBay-Site crashes Netsurf.

I can confirm reproducibility of both the scrollbar issue and the crash on debian buster running latest master when opening that exact link.
the crash log ends with:

if site was loaded without JS and then reloaded after enabling JS:

or if site was opened from cli with JS enabled:

the crash seems to have been resolved in current master, the scrollbar issue remains.

The scrollbar is a fixed element and our current layout handling has issues in this area
