Summary0002560: Crash on moving mouse on specific website (html_mouse_action: Assertion failed: mode != NULL)
DescriptionNetsurf displays this as a blank page.

Moving the mouse causes a serious error. The information in the subject line is what I spotted in a quick glance in the attached log file
Steps To ReproduceRebooted. Loaded homepage then went to the problem page directly.
Additional InformationI found the problem in Build #4145 and reproduced it in #4210

I can confirm this occurs in any frontend.

no longer crashes. still renders terribly badly but seems solid

we believe this issue has been resolved in NetSurf 3.9
