Summary0002487: X framebuffer displays garbage with low values of -b
Description"netsurf-fb -f x -b 8" and "netsurf-fb -f x -b 16" display garbage, as shown in the attached screenshot.

-b 24 and -b 32 are fine.

i think there are bit vs byte size errors all over this. will take a look
