Summary	0002436: Reopen websites that were open (when last quit)
Description	I'd like there to be an option for NetSurf to remember which websites I had open when I last quit it, so that it reopens them the next time I start it. Other browsers like Firefox, Chrome & Odyssey already do this, and it is very handy!
