displays no scrollbar, and the content is simply truncated by the edge of the work area - resizing the page will reveal more content up to the limits of the screen height.

Giving the page background the input focus and using the arrow keys to scroll up/down doesn't work either.

I'm also seeing this on the https://www.fanfiction.net/stats/story_eyes.php issue from bug 2364 - the page now renders on Netsurf dev version 3043, but has no scrollbar.
