Summary0000002: m68k-atari-mint linker fails to embedd surfaces of libnsfb
DescriptionWhen compiling libnsfb with the m68k-atari-mint toolchain, _nsfb_register_surface() is never called upon client startup.

That is why calls to nsfb_type_from_name will return NSFB_SURFACE_NONE

m68k-atari-mint toolchain may does not produce code which runs libraries
___CTOR_LIST__ entries on application startup.
