Summary0001984: User text in forms to be preserved on using back button
DescriptionAfter entering text in to a form and submitting it, many sites may give an error page, and assume that on hitting the back button will go back to the form page with the user entered text preserved. NetSurf does not support this, so all the user text is lost.

An example of this behaviour is this very site. If after typing in a long bug report and attaching a zipped log file, Source Forge decides it wont accept the attachment, you are just left at an error page. Hitting the back button leads to an empty form again and the bug report is lost. This will tend to put people off making bug reports.
