Summary0001917: netsurf to emulate wget
DescriptionProblem:

Sometimes a download will fail, and has to be started again. This can
be very frustrating if the break occurs near the end of a large file.

Suggestion:

NetSurf should emulate wget, which enables downloads to be
resumed after a disconnection.
