Summary0002573: Page layout problems
DescriptionThe release version of windows 3.7 fails to start under win10, so used the nightly build that seems to be starting ok.

But immediately see problems with page layouts.

1. International chars are displayed spaced out (Russian in this case)

2. Yandex.ru - popular search engine start page is really messed up
even the simplified to the max -> ya.ru is displayed wrong
Can something be done with that?
Additional Informationyandex problem is on all platdorms

char spacing shows in 3.8 nightly windows build
3.7 on amiga shows international chars spaced out correctly
