Description'Disable Javascript' choice not saved
Steps To ReproduceIcon bar menu > Choices.
Click "Content".
Tick "Disable JavaScript".
Press "Set".
The file <choices$dir>.Choices updates its timestamp, but there is no entry within for the setting concerned, so upon restarting NS loses the setting and reverts to the default of not disabling javascript.

This behaviour is expected in the build you are using:

  * The default setting for JavaScript in configuration is off
  * The config file contents are the list of differences from default configuration
  * CI builds built between October 2015 and the end of January 2016 explicitly ignored the configuration setting and forced JavaScript to on at startup. This was a deliberate change (as we completely replaced the JavaScript engine and wanted to ensure people were using it and giving feedback).

In CI builds since the end of January, the configuration option has been respected once more. Please upgrade to a newer version.
